I’m a Founder of Flourish™ Institute and I’ve spent close to two decades in the field of women’s health and successfully worked with thousands of women in helping them heal from pelvic pain, intimacy issues, endometriosis, and reproductive shutdown, without any need for surgeries, medications or expensive doctor’s visits.

I started out as a pelvic floor yoga teacher, and over the years grew into an world-class educator where my mission is to help women become fully empowered in their healing: through trauma-informed pelvic care that addresses the root of any pelvic health challenges and allows women to become agents of their own healing.
